No Return or Exchange

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products unless the item is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at privaluxe@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8155061504 with the following:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photo and video proof of the damaged product (unboxing video preferred)

  3. Our team will review the issue and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

Once your claim is approved, you will be eligible for:

  • A replacement of the damaged item, or

  • A full refund, depending on product availability.

Important Notes

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for products that are not damaged or have been used or altered.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging when returning.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
